Everyday we “moms” face our inner demons. The demon of self-doubt and mom guilt. There is no doubt that as moms, we give the best we can to our family, especially our children. But, we also face those struggles that challenge us daily. These challenges are the culprits behind our self doubts. We mothers can be quite hard on ourselves too. The challenges that comes with motherhood can weigh us down if we let it control our thoughts too much. This is why Positive Affirmations are important. I have compiled 10 Positive Affirmations that every mom needs to practice below:

Using positive affirmations gives you back control of your mind and the information it receives. It puts you in the driver’s seat of your mind and lets you flood it with positive information which will change you for the better! source
#1) I am a GOOD mom ( YES YOU KNOW YOU ARE!)

Had a rough day with the kids? Raised your voice a little? Didn’t play or give them enough time?

It’s all part of motherhood. These incidents do not make you a bad mom. Cheer up and pat yourself on the back for surviving another day of motherhood.

If your kids are healthy and happy, thriving, then you are definitely a good mom. Actually erase that, you are the “best mom”.

#2) My kids LOVE me

“My kids love Me and need me. I am the centre of their world. I am the comfort to their needs. I am the one who brings warmth to their hearts.”

Your kids may not see your “bad mom” day like the way you see it. But believe it or not when I tell you this, your kids love you for who you are. When my kids tell me they love me after a tough day…I know that the love between us is unbreakable.

#3) “I we’ll enjoy and cherish the moment.”

I will stop worrying about later or the future. Right now is the time to embrace my kids and cherish my time with them. This moment here will never come back. I will focus on the present and enjoy it.

Put down that phone and spend at least an hour or two of quality time with your kids together.

This will be a huge positive impact in their life and yours!

#4) Self Care is not selfishness. It is my RIGHT as a MOM!

If I take good care of my body and soul, I will have a positive turnout and effect on my children.

I am needed by my kids to be the best of ME. My desires & needs are just as important as anyone else’s.
Taking an hour a day to replenish my body and soul is going to create a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family.

#5) I don’t need to be perfect. I just need to be enough.

I am doing the very best that I can for my children and it is enough.
I am learning to be a better mom every single day. Just as my kids grow with age, my wisdom grows with my age.

I am enough because I put my best effort to raise my kids. Perfection is not important when I have heart full of LOVE.

#6) My children are Perfect Gifts from God.

Nothing can replace my child and the way he/she is. I will accept my children as they are and help nourish their soul.

My children are gifts from heaven.

They are unique in their own ways. ❤️

#7) I am not failing my kids by homeschooling

My homeschooling way is the only way that works for our home.

I will let my children learn and thrive in their own ways.

My kids are being protected from the unnecessary exposure of what regular school may offer.

By homeschooling I am providing them a safe and secure lifestyle.

#8) I will worry less and smile more

My worrying doesn’t get me anywhere and a smile is contagious! If I am happy and smile often around my kids, the energy will spread. My positive energy reflects all around me.

#9) I will PRAY a lot and Trust Allah (GOD)

I will place 100% Trust in God and his plan.

I will PRAY as much as possible for my children and my family.

And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive.

When I am Grateful and Thankful for the blessings in my life, I will see more beauty than the negativity. Every thing that I am blessed with is truly a beautiful gift and the more thankful I am for my family and children, the better my life will seem.
